"Ken replaced a valve beneath my kitchen sink that would not shut off the water. He also fixed the shower leak. Ken was professional, friendly, polite and got the work done faster than expected. When i called to schedule an appointment they were super nice on the phone and it was cool that they kept in contact by email and text prior to arrival and afterward to ensure everything was groovy. Incredibly pleased."

They worked with my schedule (cabinet delivery, personal availability), gave great advice before purchase, and did a great job on the install. And, uniquely and super-beneficially, Jeff provided detailed cost information in their quote, so that I was able to tailor the install for what I couldn't do myself, what I could but didn't want to do myself, and what I could drop from the quote (what I could do, myself). The installers were courteous, clean, and when I had to run out for an errand and they finished early, they stuck around the house until I got back so the house was not left open. On-time, on-budget, courteous, excellent workmanship, everything I could hope for."
