Provided a quote over the phone with no hoops to jump thru. Came out looked at the project. 3 days later had a new door installed (looks great a professional job). Due to shipping problems with garage door opener not arriving on schedule Chris had to come back 2 days later to install opener. Original Pro only fixed the garage door opener and never completely check the door screen operation properly. Called STS Garage Door LLC who promptly arrived at the same day appointment. The technician Rudy identified the problem and fixed the entire system - new set of match springs (old ones were not even rated the same side to side), settings closure setting were off for travel switches, and screen door adjustments were necessary. Rudy was extremely professional and explained the problem so I understood it completely. He extensively tested the system after repairs. I am totally satisfied with work performed and the price was very reasonable."
