"My roof issues stem from solar panel installation. The installers damaged several shingles, including roof vent shingles, and upon my complaint did an awful job trying to patch it. I called American Home Contractors for a survey of the damage, and they sent out Isiah, who did a phenomenal job. He wrote up a very excellent report detail all of the damage and repairs needed to bring my roof back to its original condition. He supplied me with clear pictures of everything, and took time to explain everything to me so that I could understand the estimate. I feel much better now knowing exactly what damage was done to my roof, and that I can rely on Isiah and American Home Contractors to restore my roof back to its original condition. "Have roof examined yearly for any damage based on winter weather conditions and the fact the roof is over 15 years old. Contractor did an examination of the roof, tightened loose nails and shingles and suggested replacing the roof based on some curling shingles that might be blown off during a wind storm. Gave me some product brochures which I researched and found to be of good quality at a very reasonable price. Opted not to have roof replaced at that time because of more pressing house projects. Would consider them in the future for roof replacement but would also seek other bidders for the job.

"A+ for ethics and professionalism. The repair on our old and non-standard roof was tricky and ultimately didn't last (roof leaked within 14 months). However, when the owner was contacted (he's busy so it took a while) he came out personally and arranged for an alternative fix to the roof. The owner, Dave Garner, did this at no charge, without being asked. We still don't know if we have a permanent solution but we're really impressed with Dave and the company's business practices. We would be pleased to use them for any future roofing repairs (although we hope we don't have any!)."
