"Every construction project has its issues and mine had a few. Atlantic Deck and Home Renovation not only addressed these issues but went above and beyond to make certain that I was happy. This is a great small business and I recommend them enthusiastically. They take pride in their work and work hard to make sure that their customers are fully satisfied."

"We recently hired Deck Builders, Inc (DBI) to build a new screened porch with a replacement deck and stairs and are very pleased with the results. The owner, Ricardo Anturiano, and the work crew- led by Ronald — were professional, courteous, and hard working. Ricardo was frequently on site and available to answer questions in person, by phone or text. We interviewed 4 different builders in our area before ultimately choosing DBI for several reasons: First, DBI was able to provide the TimberTech composite boards and railings we preferred; second, they offered the most reasonable pricing for our project; and third, we were impressed with their level of expertise and decades of experience. DBI completed our project within budget and the quality of their workmanship is outstanding. If you are looking for an honest, skilled builder, we highly recommend Deck Builders, Inc!"

"We had our deck and screened porch done by Moore and had a great experience. They were extremely professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We met with a few other companies but none came even close to Moore. Highly recommend!"

"We used this company before to replace our deck and were very pleased, so we decided to use them again to replace our fence. Again we were very happy with the results. They came when the said they would, kept us updated with the process and we definitely recommend this company for our next project!"

"At no fault of this vendor, the customer is still awaiting negotiations with the housing authority as to whether or not the proposed demolition will resolve the pending building code issues."

"Rick and his Before and After Home Improvement “All-Star Team” provided outstanding professional work in replacing the water damaged posts supporting my deck and the design and work to complete a stamped concrete patio, walkway, and front porch. Our property sits on a hill such that water from our neighbor’s yard drains into our own with some of it settling against our house under the deck. The deck was constructed about 20 years ago with part of the wooden posts buried in the ground. Although the wood was pressure treated, over time, the marshy ground had compromised the integrity of the deck support posts. We had contacted several contractors to request proposed estimates. Some were unresponsive. Others would not fully address our concerns about correcting the water drainage and adding additional concrete to anchor the new deck support posts above ground. Rick was by far, the most responsive. He listened to our concerns and based upon his 45+ years of experience, provided several recommendations for correcting the damaged deck posts and the drainage issues on our property. He gave us a prompt and reasonable estimate. His team went to work right away. We were so pleased with the results that we discussed the idea of the patio and walkway. Again, Rick listened to our ideas and provided excellent recommendations to move us to a beautiful design. Upon contract award, Rick’s team went to work immediately. Rick himself visited the site on a daily basis and communicated with us on the progress. When we suggested some changes, he was very flexible and responsive. All in all, we are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend his company for a top-quality product at a reasonable price! Ken S."

"They were prompt and professional in getting to me for an evaluation and cost estimate. It took awhile to get to the job because they're pretty busy. The workers did an excellent job on the roof of the 8'x12' shed, even replacing my weathervane. Everything went smoothly."

"I feel very fortunate to have stumbled across Phoenix Home Services when I was searching for someone to repair our front porch, update our walkway and build a planting wall in our front yard. After several visits from other contractors and hearing what they could/would do, I was immediately impressed by Clint from Phoenix Home Services. Clint not only explained what they could do, but provided a very detailed rendering of what the finished project would look like. We decided to go with Phoenix Home Services and the front yard (porch, walkway, planting wall) projects turned out great! During the whole process, Clint kept us informed and updated on the projects. The workmanship and quality of the finished project is top notch! The crew from Phoenix are very good at what they do. We were so impressed with the completed projects to our front yard, that we put Phoenix on contract to build a screened-in porch and outdoor deck in our backyard. Once again, the finished project turned out great and we were continually kept informed by Clint on the progress and timeline of the project. I have no hesitation with recommending Phoenix Home Services for any work they are licensed to perform."
