"The original project I hired them for was to replace leaky faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom. Frank, the owner, was responsive and professional. They scheduled the work promptly and showed up on time. Unexpected issues were discovered that required a second trip and additional work. They communicated everything clearly and the additional costs were handled separately and transparently. They also cleaned up after the work was done. I would hire them again."

"I looked at several companies over several years for this project. HD Exteriors was responsive. They worked with me to create a design and plan that would work for our area. Other companies provided written information or a quick drawing of the proposed project. HD Exteriors has a computerized program that can visually show the design of the plans. The program provides an opportunity to look at a draft of the completed project. No other company provided the opportunity to see a finished project and then adjust it as needed. HD Exteriors provided a very detailed contract that they reviewed with me prior to the start of the project. They answered questions during the planning process as well as during the construction. We took ‘go big or go home to heart.’ Had not planned on the enclosed patio below but when Clint sent us the mock-up designs we were all in. When I say all in, we did the Trex Signature cable rails with accent lights, straight walkout from upstairs (required a creative roof change), Trex Rain Escape, and custom Eze Breeze windows for the patio. Post completion we went back and asked for a flooring add, exterior walkway add and two more projects are pending our budget. Phoenix delivered as promised, showed up when promised, and stood behind their word. We always knew where we were with the timeline and someone either answered the phone or called us back whenever we reached out. The entire team works great together and their communication skills met every expectation we had. We really could not have asked for better. Highly recommend."
