"Joseph came to our home on 8 /28/21, to replace an outdoor GFI outlet. He was punctual, professional, and quite easy to work with. While he was there, I asked him to take a look at our very old electrical panel, and would he consider replacing it at a later date. He said, he needed to check his schedule and get back to me. He did. Joseph obtained the permit. We agreed on a date to install the new panel. I am very satisfied with the work performed by Joseph and his assistants. I'm sure it will pass inspection without issue. He's very good at what he does! Yes, I would hire again. Yes, I definitely would recommend."

Not only did he expertly install new lighting (heavy stuff, too!) but offer clever suggestions on how to add new wiring to install a new light over our kitchen stove, install new wiring and new light over our fireplace, add new wiring for a new outdoor light on our deck, and install new outdoor landscape lighting. Oh, he also repair/replaced our fluorescent lights in our basement that were intermittently going on and offer. I would hire Steve in a heartbeat for any electrical job. "It was very easy to work with Joe to finalize a quote and get the job scheduled. Once onsite, Carlos and his colleague knew exactly what to do and how to run the new electric circuit across the house from the electrical panel to the garage. The installed the EV charger we had purchased separately exactly how we wanted it. Everything worked perfectly. They even went the extra mile to come back and patch the garage drywall where they had made a few holes to run the cable even though it was not included in the job initially. Overall very happy with both the price we paid and the quality of the work. Will hire again for any electrical work we'll need."

Josh took all the time needed to make sure everything was completed successfully. As part of his very thorough service, Josh examined the aging circuit breaker to make sure there were no dangerous possibilities. When he showed me the melted and discolored surfaces, I asked that the box be replaced. That work was done very promptly and extremely well. I would highly recommend Malone Electric Solutions. "The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The end product was excellent. The office was professional (mostly). The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."
