"We hired Woods Home Services in 2006 to install a sprinkler system on our lawn. We have had no problems until this past week. We had a water leak and called the city of Bedford. They came out and said it was the sprinkler system, and they turned the water off until we could get it repaired. It was Friday and we envisioned a weekend without water. We called the installers, Woods, and told them our problem. Within the hour, a young man named Trey Woods was calling to say he was on the way. He stopped the water leak and turned the water back on. Mind you it has been several years since they installed. We were told *sorry for the inconvenience*, and he is contacting us this week to come back to repair the pipe and turn the sprinkler system back on. We are so very impressed with their professionalism, and cannot say enough good things about them. Trey worked in the mist, mud, and cold so that we could be comfortable for the weekend. Integrity is the word that comes to my mind. Installed in 2006 and came within an hour to repair in 2021."

"Tim (Owner) and Herman (Lead Forman) surveyed our property and shortly thereafter provided us a detailed estimate for the requested work which was as much as $2000.00 less than other estimates we received from competitors. They scheduled the work at our convenience, arrived on time and completed the project in record time. They installed the water connection one day and installed all the water lines, assorted types of sprinklers and drip lines on the next day. The job required a lot of hand digging of trenches (often through areas with tree roots or rocks and gravel) and tunneling under a brick walkway. Their team of five or six guys worked diligently and made quick work of the task. All of the materials used were top grade (sprinklers, pipes, valves, electronic controls, etc.--no off brand products were used). After completing the installation, all the trench lines were covered and leveled and reseeded. I was concerned about how long it would take for our lawn to recover but the seed they used was amazing; new grass was 3 inches tall within a week. Tim explained how to manage the system (change watering times and duration, etc.) as well as how to manage and monitor the entire system from a smart phone. In addition, our installation included the first year of maintenance at no extra cost (though we plan to have Maple Irrigation continue to service our system indefinitely). Finally, Tim made clear he would happily make any adjustments any time we wanted to call him. Before leaving, their crew completely cleaned up all the work areas and left our property in excellent condition. After a couple of days of use, we had Tim come out and adjust the angle and range of a couple of sprinkler heads and we could not be happier with the finished job. In sum, we am very happy we chose Maple Irrigation to install our system. Tim, Herman and their whole team were personable and professional throughout and seemed to welcome my many questions and constant oversight. I usually observe all contractor work at my home but many contractors seem to chaff at my interest (intrusion?); this was not a problem with Maple Irrigation. While here, my wife approached Tim about replacing a cable 30 plus feet in the air stretching between two large trees and supporting several bird feeders. While not normally in their wheelhouse, Tim sent three of his guys out a few days later to do the job for a very modest price. This is real customer service! Finally my thanks to Maple's office staff who worked with me to schedule the work to fit our busy schedules and the changing weather conditions--Melody was very cordial and helpful. If you are looking for an irrigation system or drain work call Tim--he is amazing."

"We met with designer Jimmy James from the nursery on Gallows road. Unlike many other typical landscape designers Jimmy was not in any hurry as we talked about a general idea of redoing the side of our property that had mega weeds growing through unkempt and invasive vinca. Jimmy came back with an idea for a rock garden infused with Drift Roses and a lot of low growing perennials and evergreens. We loved the fact that we did not have to originate the ideas for the rock garden or the plants that would work best. We are yard and plant people and are very picky when it comes to our grounds. It was obvious from the minute we met Jimmy that our relationship would "flower." He thought of every details and showed us many options to enhance the beauty of this garden. Execution was flawless. Jimmy managed every aspect of the installations, personally choosing the position in the garden borders (some 5 feet long) as well as the specific angle and face of each bolder for best viewing. Watching him work his magic was like watching Picasso created a masterpiece. He also positioned every plant and created niches among the boulder to showcase certain plants. We have worked with experienced (in years) landscape "designers" for many years. None had Jimmy's artistic vision. We have lived in the area for 30 years and never used Merrifield for any type of landscaping. Jimmy's performance totally won us over."
