"recently had our water heater replaced and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. They explained everything clearly, cleaned up after the job, and made the whole process stress-free. The new water heater works perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water heater replacement or plumbing work!"

"Quick response to an emergency situation. The water heater was replaced at a reasonable price. David spent a great deal of time making sure the old tank was removed carefully even though it was difficult to drain the water because of the large amount of sediment build up. He worked very methodically and made sure the new heater was installed and working properly. Also did a very good job of cleaning up."

"Entire process went like clockwork. Gene is an experienced and knowledgeable plumber. In addition to installing the water heater in a timely and professional manner, he was able to give me information on my system that no one else had known or thought to tell me. I would definitely hire him again."

"They have replaced my water tank, water heater, and water pump and Iâ  ve hired them to replace my sewer line"

"Brandon came out this morning to assess the issue. He was very polite and professional. Maximus and Jon were my installers. They were professional, polite and got the job done timely. Great guys!"

"Had an oil to lp gas conversion. Needed to replace the boiler, existing hot water tank and remove the oil tank. Joe's Plumbing gave a great price, neat work, honest and easy to work with. The materials were high quality and they finished a head of schedule."

"Were able to quickly replace my water heater and explained all of the work they did."

"Replaced a leaky gasket in furnace, and performed routine maintenance and service. The techs were knowledgeable and explained the work they were doing, and the reason for the recommended repairs. The techs arrived within the service time window estimate, and gave a "heads up" call about 20 minutes before arrival. They also provide a picture of the tech prior to the appointment time. They put booties over their shoes upon entering your house and leave the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Everyone at Grasshopper, from the office people to the techs, was friendly and professional. They made you feel like they actually cared about customer satisfaction. I did feel that the repair cost, relative to the amount of time spent, was on the high side, although I really have no reference to compare to. I would definitely use them again, and recommend that you consider calling them for service and/or repair."

"I had an Absolutely Fantastic Experience!! My husband & I were so lucky to have gotten Jason Scharf to come out to our home, he was very insightful, helpful, courteous and very professional. Jason explained step-by-step what he was doing along the way & what would work best within our home with 4 different price ranges that would work for us. Jason was very informative. He mentioned and advised me on some items that would require attention on a monthly basis which I was grateful for. Upon completion, he reviewed the bill and explained any questions that I had. I was very pleased. Overall, Jason’s work was outstanding. I would recommend Jason from Astar to anyone I know that is in need of a central air system in their home. He was one of the kindest, funny and coolest Design Specialists by far. Thanks again Jason you're the Best! We can't wait for everything to be completed."

"I recently hired Kawal for a plumbing issue at my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service! From the moment I reached out, he was professional, prompt, and friendly. The problem involved a broken water heater, and Kawal diagnosed it quickly. Not only did he have all the necessary tools, but the repair was also completed efficiently, with no mess left behind. What stood out most was the clear communication. Kawal explained every step of the process and provided helpful tips to prevent future problems. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprise fees. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled plumber who gets the job done right the first time, I highly recommend Kawal. I’ll definitely call again for any future plumbing needs! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
