"Stephen was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was prompt, responsive, and did an excellent job. We had had two estimates for the job, and although the price quoted was the same from both companies, Stephen distinguished himself by explaining that he would leave the area very tidy, whereas the other company had specified that the estimate did not include removal of the leaves, Stephen started the work at an unusually early hour, to accommodate our schedules that day. The area was difficult to access and severely sloped, and I'm not sure of how he accomplished all that he did, but when we returned home the area was transformed. He had removed all the debris, tree limbs, branches, leaves, soda cans, etc, which had been accumulating for sometime, raked the area and left it entirely clear and clean. He even suggested some plants that might thrive there. What had been in essence a junk yard, seemed to have become a potential conservation area! We were extremely pleased with the work, and would use Stephen again for other projects."

"Last April I purchased a brand new condominium. There was quite a bit of construction dust as well as some construction debris in the air ducts once the building was completed. I finally decided to hire Dustbusters Duct Cleaning this month to clean them out. The dryer vent was also cleaned and the central AC coil was inspected. Jeremy was the technician who performed the job. He was punctual, polite and courteous, and very knowledgeable. Jeremy explained the entire process to me and showed me before and after pictures of the air ducts. I have noticed that the air flow from my heating system seems stronger now which indicates to me that cleaning the air ducts has improved the efficiency of my heating system. "Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"Not well. He tried to clean the vent but his brush stucked inside the duct and his stick was broke and the metal brush with other sticks remain inside the duct. He could not able to find the outlet where it goes outside of the condo. He said he is first time here. He should make sure everything before he started his job as a professional. We do not know at this time what will happen in future as the metal brush with connected sticks is inside the duct. He is good as he tried to clean the dust as long as he can, but he should know where the outlet before he does his job which is very important. He did not tried to contact us after he left but talking about his loss for the brush and sticks."

"Mark was present throughout the job, working with his crew. They took care of every stage of the installation, including the plumbing in of gas lines. Mark went the extra mile when he felt that the return was too noisy using the existing one and installed three extra returns in order to cut down on noise. The units are super efficient and are actually saving us money. The system was expertly installed and we have had no problems with it at all. Highly recommended."

"I needed an electrician to install a 240 volt outlet quickly for an electric dryer coming on Monday. And didn’t know who to use, so went on Angie's List and found Ohms Electrical Services, who responded back within a few hours of calling and was able to come the next day. Lloyd was the electrician, who came and did a great job. He knows his stuff and if very personable and professional. He also saw work a past electrician had done that was not to code and explained why and that is was a safety issue, so will be having him back soon to fix that as well as other projects. Definitely, would recommend and very reasonable price."
