"i'm only at 3 stars because this job is not complete yet. i Hired for liner replacement but ended up needing a new pool. Jim did try to keep costs down and was working with me on timing do to expense. So far there have been a few delays on his end that concerned me for future delays."

Work was done in about 1/2 day which was quite impressive considering they had to install about 200 ft of shoe molding to cover up space between baseboard and floor where floor had sagged a bit. And they put insulation behind the new molding to cut down on drafts! Much appreciated."

He and his wife took the time to explain every step of the process and to go over the contract in every detail. My wife and I really appreciated their taking the time to go over everything with us and explain every cost involved in the job. Lou is very responsive and would return my calls promptly whenever I had a question. In addition, even after the job was complete Lou has called to check in on the work and make sure everything is going well with the pool.
