The purpose of me mentioning this is because it was addressed by Window Concepts Immediately and although we had to wait a couple of weeks for a proper replacement, it was taken care of. We were never left without a window or anything, we just had to make sure the window was always closed and locked before we left the house. But, who doesn't close and lock their windows when they leave the house? It was not an inconvenience , and it was taken care of as a priority. "JWC did high quality work. There were rotted soffits and old facia boards. These guys are talented pros. They identified problem wood and took care of it. It wasn't a simple job. They got here fast and worked hard every day until it was done. They also fixed an old porch (replaced bad wood and redid my screens).
