"Bill did a great job of spot-cleaning and cleaning our carpet in our condo. After using Stanley Steemer in Nov of 2014, our carpets got stained really quickly. We believe that the Stanley Steemer crew did not wash well and dirt rose up.
Bill was great to work with, answering all of our questions. He arrived early and spent about 4 hours cleaning. He was even kind enough to experiment on the types of stains and was able to get them all out, something we had given up on!
