Their skill level is truly amazing. They worked together so well, and got the entire job done in 2 days. They kept the mess to a minimum and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was completed. It was freezing cold out the entire time and the snow was relentless; however, the weather conditions did not stop them. They worked fast and smart and I can't sing their praises enough. "I enjoy the windows but the process was difficult. twice windows were mis-measured and the work had to be put off until the correct windows could be ordered. One of the bathroom windows was installed to far in eliminating a shelf that was there. Pella had to come out an move it back. The guy who installed the bathroom window initially was quite angry about the movement of the window and also when I said I was dissatisfied with some other work that was done. He expressed that he was doing me a favor to be doing the work. I have only one Anderson French door left and am not going to replace it, because of the aggravation I experienced."
