"Very well, came back and made sure all was well."

"We hired Gidawe Drywall LLC to repair cracks between the ceiling and wall that appeared after the popcorn was removed from the ceiling by a different contractor. The service provided was 1) drywall repair, 2) plastering and 3) painting. David provided a reasonable quote and began work almost immediately. I am a particular person and I am more than completely satisfied. David’s workmanship is excellent and the repair looks perfect. He provided the service exactly as I had asked. David is friendly and easy to work with, punctual and pays attention to details including post work clean up. We heartily recommend David and Gidawe Drywall."

"Technician punctual, professional. Service went as expected. The only issue I have with Secure is that sometimes quarterly treatments are missed or at least I have no record of the technician being here. I brought this to the attention of the owner and he was apologetic and scheduled a treatment immediately to make up for a possible missed appointment.

"Price was about average, can't complain - don't remember exactly how much or exact service date (disclaimer).  Company screwed up the scheduling.  Installer was busy with personal life and we had to work around their schedule.  Inconvenient.  Came out and sprayed insulation in the garage.  They left the door open to the basement so the entire chemical smell inundated the basement.  The spray was general even but there seemed to be small holes and spaces generally through out the insulation.  When I inquired about the small spaces the response was they generally use the small spray cans you can get at Home Depot\Lowes but that they didn't have any.  I said I would take care of it myself, I had enough inconvenience with the screw up in scheduling.  Other than that went well - it's not that involved, just spray foam.
They did clean up the mess relatively well, but not perfect."

"The work they did was very good. However, they definitely need to work on communication and keeping the customer informed of what's going on, that part I was not too satisfied with. When they scheduled the work with me after we hired them, they told me what day they'd be coming out and asked if I'd be home. I said yes, I will. I made sure to be home that day, but they never showed up, costing me time off work, and never called me to let me know they weren't coming. At least keep me in the loop. The project rep's response to my complaint was, "You didn't need to be home anyway." Well, would've been nice to be told that upfront. There was also no follow-up when they finished - no phone call or email to ask if we had any questions or concerns, as this was a pretty major project done to our house. To me, that's important professionalism. As a customer, you want to feel valued. All we received was an email with the final invoice."

"Bill was very professional. They installed a roof for me in 2013 and I knew then I would use them again.  They are very professional and courteous.  They explained everything in detail and followed-up. They also did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. Most recently, I have used BTR for repair and "handyman" work. I had the same experience with them.  I would use them again.

"A number of my homeowners and I worked with John Love, owner of Quality Air Pros for having our crawlspace encapsulated and vents sealed to reduce humidity in our homes. Since John could perform work in numerous homes in one area, John gave us special pricing. Each day, one homes crawlspace was leveled, sealed and setup for a dehumidifier to be installed. I purchased my own dehumidifier and set it up. With all the rain in our area this year the humidity under the house was kept at 45% or lower to help with mold, pests, allergies, and comfort in the home. Without the dehumidifier my cost was $1,350.00. It was done professionally and the crawlspace is neat and clean. I monitor my water output with a small hose from the dehumidifier and a bucket. It is unbelievable how much water was removed in the summer and fall. it truly helps with the allergies, humidity and the comfort of the home. I wish I would have done it sooner. It also make a big difference when selling your home."

"it was professional and efficient. They were very informed and went the extra mile! Thanks Again Coit for Excellent Service Tami"
