They quoted anywhere from $99 to $325 to clean, ispect, etc., but no commitment to repair the log fireplace. Conde Tech Services was the exception. They quoted $250 to clean the logs and the enclosure and repair the non-working fireplace. Eddie was the technician. he spent close to 3 hours meticulously cleaning each element of the logs and the enclosure, replaced batteries, and got the logs to fire up again. He was also an excellent communicator and focused on repairing things, not rushing to get out with a quote for future services. Good man, Eddie."
