We had a pretty large water damage issue in the new house we had recently moved into, and Alex was a great partner working with the Insurance company and helping to navigate what could have otherwise been a very stressful situation. Alex and team exceeded all expectations. Alex communicates well on the status of the project daily and his team arrives when he says they will. The work was extensive and took a little over a month to complete, and there was not a single day that his guys didn’t show up when they said they would. His guys are very friendly, quick, do great work and they clean up the place very well every evening before leaving. Just one of many examples of how considerate the Mila’s team is - we have a 1-year-old daughter, and the guys were great about planning any loud work around her naps so they would be quiet and would not wake her. Alex and team are also very accountable, if something is wrong, they will make it right. I have worked with many contractors over the years and Alex and team stand above the rest. "I am extremely happy with the service we received from World of Doors. From the initial call with Amanda to the technician, Troy who came out to repair our garage door the service was fantastic. Our garage door stopped opening fully and we were really in a bind. Troy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and conscientous. He let us know exactly what was needed and offered all options available to us. He left off all the things that weren't urgent at this time but let us know what may need repair in the future.
