"Great customer service. Recommend using them again."

"Excellent job.  My wife was very concerned because we had a graduation party in just 2 weeks.
Pawel was able to start within 3 days of his estimate and they finished the
work just 4 days after they began.  They even worked over the weekend.
They were very clean, polite, and I felt very safe with them working with just
the nanny and our kids at home.  I've already contracted him for future
work at my apartment building and I plan to continue to use his team in the
future.

"Absolutelly, they did great job installing the floor in kitchen and living room, iwill here them again."

"we had a large double window two windows one opening replaced they did a a good job made that room much warmer in winter which is what we were after it is now the warmest room in the house in the winter which is good as it is the room we spend most our time in. will defiantly be having them out to price gutters when we are ready in the spring."

"There was so much work to be done on the house and all of it was done with attention to detail. Fil  responded quickly to all calls and texts. We made changes along the way and Fil was very accommodating with all the changes. Each and every day the work area was completely cleaned up. We were informed daily about what was completed and what job would be started next. During the work we had to move in and Fil completed what we asked to have done before the move so we were able to have finished rooms while the rest of the work was completed.
The cost was very reasonable. The work was done perfectly. I would use Thor Build again on any project. I will also recommend the company to anyone needing to have work done.

"Fogarty Home Improvement helped my husband and I complete a project in our basement. Not only was the price unbeaten by any other contractor, but John was great about following up with us and answering any questions we had while we got our quotes together. Once we began the work with FHI, everything was done in a timely and practical manner and John kept us involved in deciding details along the way. He was accommodating to our schedules and very flexible when we made a few changes during the project. The entire project was complete in just a few weeks and it looks fantastic.

Aside from quality workmanship, the biggest standout for me was how good John was about communicating. I am an email junkie and John was very prompt in responding to questions and concerns along the way. It was nice to know that in addition to getting the basement we envisioned, we were also treated respectfully and received great customer service (a trait that I found lacking in most of the other contractors I dealt with when getting quotes). I would recommend FHI for anything and would gladly use the company in the future should we need help with any projects down the road."

"Orlando was good. He went by himself. He was professional and nice. His estimate was very reasonable."

"I needed a railing for my front porch, and I hired A-Z Property Solutions Inc. They did a great job for a great price. I certainly would use them again, and I highly recommend them."

"Everything went according to the plan Mark and his team laid out.  They were in and out in one day."

"It went very well. The crew worked really hard. The price was great (I had 3 estimates). They cleaned up well after themselves. They also covered some old flashing around the windows which refreshed the whole look of the house."
