"Danny and team did a phenomenal job laying down luxury laminate flooring in our condo’s basement. We are thrilled with how it turned out. Danny took a look at our basement, and knew right away the best flooring to go with. The samples he brought over were beautiful and the quality of the luxury laminate is outstanding. On the day of installation the crew did an outstanding job. They finished the job in record time, even with some unexpected issues (our floor was not level, we needed trim, etc). Everyone was extremely polite and communication was great. In addition the team noticed a few things around our place that needed fixing (wobbly door, broken floorboard upstairs) and took care of them for no charge. I can’t imagine having a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend Modern Quality Flooring for your home projects."

"Wow, were these guys great. We needed to install a stair runner on our home's main staircase and Bob came right out and showed us samples. His quote was perfectly reasonable and he was professional and very nice without being pushy. Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation. We did not love the style we chose for our curved stairway and when we explained our mistake, they could not have been nicer. They started the process all over again right away and installed it the way we should have chosen in the first place for no extra charge. Use them, you won't be sorry!"

"The work crew were arrived on time and were polite. Demolition of the old floor was executed quietly and neatly. The new vinyl flooring covered an area that was almost 2,000 square feet. This was installed in two days. The staircase was sanded and restained to match the new floor. The result is a perfect match. "Premier Home Pros remodeled the wet area of my main bath that included installing both a shower and tub. And I have to say I could not be more pleased with the outcome! Their professionalism is second to none!! They were very tidy and did a wonderful job with the clean up; and hold true to their word and completed the project in one day; just amazing!! They even spent time trying to unclog a slow leak that I had even before they came out. I am in the process of booking them for a second project to be completed before the year end. "Installers did not come on time, two hours late. Then they had to validate that we paid Empire, which took an hour. The estimate of work was totally wrong, we were supposed to get a floating floor but the installers said they could not do that So they instead did a complete teardown of the existing floor and removed all the old tiles. The quarter round was included in the price of the materials but was never installed because we did not get a raised (floating) floor. So I think I was overcharged for the materials which were not used. I spoke to a number of persons at Empire about such issues without any resolution to my satisfaction. Besides all the problems encountered we do like the floor and it nice looking."

"I cannot say enough good things about Abraham and his team. They were indispensible during a challenging and stressful move. Not only did they do a superb job of installing a ceiling fan to an 18ft ceiling, multiple patch repairs, seamlessly replacing and installing bathroom extractor fans that into non standard sized spaces, filling countless nail holes and repainting, and reattaching a dislodged dishwasher, Abraham did all of this amidst the chaos of a move and made MULTIPLE trips to Home Depot to color match paints when I provided the wrong cans. He was patient, thorough, and went WAY above and beyond any expectations in both service, execution, and generosity.
