Found the problem went over every detail with us. We had 3 other technicians come out from different companies and none of them could find the problem but they didn't even take the cover off to look at the inside of the Mini Split. Old Dominion gave us a fair price to fix the unit and they ordered the parts and had the work done the day after parts arrived. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
