"Maintenance resulted in repairs being required. The Dual Capacitor on the AC unit required replacing and a leak was found. The Tech was great. He showed me where the leak was and fixed it. He also had me watch as he tested the Capacitor and explained the results to me. He had the required parts on his truck. He made the repairs and the unit is working fine. The cost was reasonable. I have a new HAVC man. I look forward to working with him again."

"Automatic Climate Heating & Air Conditioning promptly called me to set-up an appointment. They arrived on-time and were every professional. I knew there was a problem with the unit in the attic but I was unaware of any problems with the unit in the garage. The technical noticed a small fluctuation in the path of the flame in the garage unit. He started to take it apart of better diagnose the problem and found a small crack in the heat exchange unit. He promptly shut the gas off to the unit and encouraged me to get a Carbon Monoxide detector and asked that the until remain off until it could be replaced. The hear exchange was eventually replaced and it was still under warranty by so all we had to pay was for labor. The unit is the attic was diagnosed and it was determined that it needed a new gas valve controller. The technician went to pick up the part and returned the same day to make the repairs. No one likes to have to pay unexpected bills but I am glad with the service that I received."
