He was a little late due to inclement weather but communicated the whole way to be sure that the timing was good even with the delays. He also had the lowest quote by a few hundred dollars. The only reason we didn't go with him was due to a timing issue when it came to the install data. Paul did the needed measurements and provided a quick guestimate on the likely cost of the install up front. He provided additional insights around things that would impact the cost and let me choose if I wanted to pre pay for the potential costs and get a refund if they weren't needed or if I wanted to just pay for them if they came up.
