"To begin with the salesman told us most of the work would be done outside. Also the molding did not have to be removed. This was all wrong information. They did most of the work indoors. They did not put anything down on my runner or my wood floor. My runner and floors had to be steam cleaned. They destroyed the molding around the windows. The caulking is horrible. They were supposed to send us a survey. It was never sent to us because they knew we were not happy. No one from the company contacted us to see how things went. We have to call a finish contractor to replace the molding. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this company. "

They answered my questions and explained how things were going. The company owner often checked in by phone and in person to communicate with me regarding the job."

Cost effective quality work from a trustworkthy company is hard to find these days but this company is the real deal when it it comes to their work. They treated our house as if it was their own.
