Work was professionally done, everything explained in detail. They even INSTALLED the gas stove! Bruce is a vet, employs vets, and these are a group of Americans that we welcome the opportunity to employ them. I had a few questions about using the stove (and no, I had not read the manual!) I texted Bruce, and he called me right back, and patiently answered my questions. Very pleased with all aspects of service. Very professional, knowledgeable, and honest.
