"I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. My kitchen use to be enclosed, making it, and the surrounding rooms, seem very small. However, once Morpho Carpentry opened it up by essentially taking half of two different walls down, the entire area feels so much more spacious. They also gave me more storage for me by adding lower cabinets and a breakfast bar (so I was able to get rid of my kitchen table) which provided even more space. I am so pleased with the work. Everyone that comes into my home always compliments my kitchen. Thank you Morpho for making my kitchen absolutely beautiful!!"

I received an almost immediate response from Tom - who not only listened but responded positively. He didn't even hesitate when I informed him I had done the home-work - and that I would be his primary contact even though this project was solely for my husband! "I would like to thank JCJ for the excellent service you and your team provided. I typically do all my home/auto repairs myself but on the few occasions that I have hired "professionals" something has always gone wrong. Which generally leads to me having regrets about not doing the project myself. However in this case everything was perfect. Mike arrived and provided me an estimate promptly after my request. The work was scheduled and your team arrived exactly when I was told they would without delay. The team done such a great job in the demo that the work was actually performed requiring less rebuild than was anticipated originally. Which brought the project in at a lower cost than what was originally quoted. Then you immediately updated the invoice to reflect those changes in cost without hesitating. Also I would like to add that the communication process was excellent throughout the process, I knew what was going to be done and when it would be done and what it would cost to do each item on the quote. There were no surprises (except the reduced cost) and the workmanship was FANTASTIC. Like I said I typically I do my own repairs but after this job was complete and Mike came by to look at the project, I asked him to give me a quote on some more work I would like JCJ to perform for me. "Ken Lussenden and his team are professional in every way, responsive to inquiries and questions, in regular communication, and, especially important, providing excellent work, in my case, exterior house painting and minor repairs.   The crew members, all of them very nice and polite, began within the time frame that was given, worked steadily every day on a regular schedule, took care about plantings and other property, and cleaned up well at the end of the day.  Ken and Jamie, who was the crew leader for my project, were very thoughtful about prioritizing what work needed to be done:  work needing immediate attention to maintain structural integrity and prevent further decline, versus work that could wait another year or was more cosmetic.  They did so with my input and also keeping in mind the overall budget.  The work that was completed was done at a reasonable price, particularly given its high quality:  the painting looks very good and, having observed the meticulous prep work that was done for all the surfaces, I have confidence it will last a long time.  This was my first time working with Ken and I plan to use his services again."

"I opted not to use him at this point in time. He was timely in his design provision. There was no additional cost on top of the $49.95 Big Deal cost. He gave me the design within two to three weeks after I purchased the Big Deal. We had some issues trying to reach each other so I felt he was still timely. I liked him. I do not know if I would use him again in the future."

"Peter came to our house to assess the task and spoke to me at length about my vision for the basement. He gave me options from a design stand point and options to lower cost. Once we agreed on the project, Tri-Star started right away, worked around my schedule, taking a break at my request when we went on a short vacation. The project was completed in short order. I was able to make changes in the design right up to the last minute. They were always courteous and respectful, taking caution to protect other areas of my home while they worked. When everything was completed, all the areas (including the areas leading into and out of the basement) were cleaned. Nothing was left behind. I was thrilled at the results."
