His son had put the "eyeballs" in the pool on both ends, and directed them in the wrong direction, so I had no circular movement of water. I had to loosen them and redirect them myself. Also, he left in such a hurry, he didn't realize there was a big leak at my sand filter head. I had to have my son in law come a fix that. Safe to say, he would have probably fixed the above had we not been chatting so much. If I had realized all the above, he probably would have rectified them all, even the cover left for me with no difference in price. As a pool pro, talking or not, I think he should have verified all was well before leaving!"
