"We could not be happier with Brandon's work, punctuality, cleanliness, personality, communication, honesty, pricing, and overall character. We actually had contracted to do some extra work for a few thousand. Day 1 of the job, Brandon calls to let us know that we do not need to do the work as he took the time and effort to get other opinions on the installation of a beam. Again, character. He could have easily installed, but he took the time to do right by his customer and that, in our experience, is essentially unheard of. The work he completed for us-on schedule-was more than we could have hoped for. He really does great work, listens to the customer (we are guilty of making many changes and talking far too much), but Brandon is beyond patient and willing to work with you. If you are looking to remodel a kitchen, bath, or in general, look no further than Superior. You are hiring someone who truly cares about his work and the customer. Rare in any business these days. "We were so happy with the kitchen and master bathroom remodel that Todd did for us that we hired him again to remodel our downstairs bathroom. Todd gutted the old bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt the floor in order to remove water damaged boards from a prior leak as well as accommodate the new curb less shower pan. Todd was very thoughtful and had some good design & layout suggestions and helped us work thru other challenges like how to route/hide things we didn’t think of such as vent pipes. Todd found and installed new window trim and doors that also closely matched the rest of the house to help maintain consistency throughout. He installed new tile on the floor, shower walls, and subway tile halfway up all the remaining walls. All of the lines were perfect again and he did a fantastic job. We have received many compliments on the bathroom and are thrilled with how it turned out. Todd is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him and his work."

"Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"The plumber surmised that the clog was at the T junction with the vertical pipe in the wall and was unsuccessful at getting his snake to go downward after entering from the bottom of the trap. He failed also with an air hose. As he left, he offered to replace the T junction with a Y junction for $285. I subsequently called out another Angie's List plumber, so attacked the problem successfully by removing the trap and snaking downward about 15 ft to the clog. He replace the trap with one that is removal, allowing a snake easier access. This cost $300. I'm still unsure whether replacing the T junction with a Y junction would have solved the problem."
