Day 1 of the job, Brandon calls to let us know that we do not need to do the work as he took the time and effort to get other opinions on the installation of a beam. Again, character. He could have easily installed, but he took the time to do right by his customer and that, in our experience, is essentially unheard of. The work he completed for us-on schedule-was more than we could have hoped for. He really does great work, listens to the customer (we are guilty of making many changes and talking far too much), but Brandon is beyond patient and willing to work with you. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."
