Once the projects started, Jeff and the guys were great. Communication and collaboration every step of the way throughout the project. "Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

"We hired Terry to remodel our ~50 sqft bathroom. It took about 3.5 weeks to complete. This was around the holiday season. There was very good communication throughout the project and a formal contract was agreed upon and signed for protection of both parties involved. He laid the floor and wall tiles really good even though some had some slight measurement discrepancies. He also offered suggestions on some of the ideas we had which helped us adjust design decisions as the project progressed. He didn’t have a problem installing any of the fixtures we ordered for the project either. Now I do have to provide some constructive feedback even in this five star review. The wood used for our recessed cabinet that was added to the bathroom was rough/poor quality and required a lot of sanding to get it somewhat smooth and prepped for staining we did after he finished his work. We also had to do some minor drywall touch up around the door we added to our bathroom. Some small negatives in our eyes but the project was a major success and we would hire him again."

"We hired Herman Recalde and his excellent crew to remodel our upstairs master bathroom. They did a great job, and the quality of the work was significantly better than contractors we hired previously for other projects. Herman took his time to understand what we wanted (and didn't want). For example, we chose 2'x2' tiles for the floor and 2'x1' tiles for the shower walls, and they were installed with tight and clean grout lines as we requested. He also made good suggestion that we hadn't considered. His plumber and frameless glass enclosure guys also did great work. Importantly, the quote Herman gave us for the project was competitive and there were no surprises at the end. Actually, we requested some extra work to fix the ceiling in our other bathroom, and they just did it at no extra cost. I didn't observe any short cuts, and all of the work was top quality and with an eye for perfection. Herman and his team earned our trust. I've already recommended them to a friend. "

"All About Homes replaced a shower stall and installed a handicapped accessible walk in shower to replace a tub. Both showers look great and are exactly as envisioned. Bryan and Andrew encountered hidden plumbing and electric issues and brought all piping/wiring up to code. They even came across an inactive yellow jacket’s nest but were not phased while removing it. We will certainly refer them to other family and friends and will use them again for future remodeling needs. Excellent work. Melissa H Milford, OH"
