Sprayed on lots of W-D and said he wanted to let it sit for a while. He also found shutoff valve to the house....hidden under grass in front yard. Came next day as promised (called first). Fortunately, the mechanism loosened up. E. was able to quickly make the replacement. Double checked everything. Entire time was pleasant, explained clearly. Especially made clear costs and repairs needed if this approach didn’t work."
