"We were really pleased with DiOrio's work. We needed a storage platform built in our attic to make room for new insulation. We were concerned a carpenter wouldn't take such a small job so also decided to ask to replace some damaged siding we had here and there around the house. I called DiOrio, and they agreed to come out that week. I had assumed I'd have to make a lot of calls to get someone to come out in the timeframe we needed, so was really happy there. DiOrio was upfront that taking off siding could reveal some underlying damage to the house, which happened to be the case for us. The job went from a $3K estimate to an actual cost of $12K given the extent of the damage. While the cost increase was overwhelming, DiOrio seemed to really know what they were doing. Everything appeared to be done in a high-quality and detailed way, and they communicated with us throughout the process. They were also able to finish the work in a timely way and not keep us hanging on for weeks or months. We're planning to have them back in the spring to check for damage under some additional areas of siding."

"The windows were replaced in 1 day. Everything went well except one big problem. The picture window had a blemish about 2 x 3 inches. The UV coating had been scratched off during shipping. I called Sergiy and he came and checked it out the next morning. He then ordered a new window. A couple of weeks later his installers came out to replace the window. All of the windows have held up well in the 18 months since they've been put in. No problems. Would certainly hire again."

"First of all, I have to say Mike has been a pleasure to work with.  He's been very fair with me on pricing and dealing with me and my idiosyncrasies especially with adding on little projects while he's been here.  Yes, there have been delays but a lot of that was due to the winter storm and me adding to the project. It was supposed to be just a bathroom remodel but I added 2 other rooms and a roof in the process.  And it's unfortunate everyone's schedule became chaotic but I've learned that there are things that are out of anyone's control and not to sweat those things.  But Mike was very accommodating and was able to complete the projects per the agreed new schedule.
The best part is that he completely stands by his work and he will fix all the little things that my eye catches, which by the way is way too much as both he and my wife can attest to.  He and his crew are the first contractors that I felt I could leave here alone without supervision and worry if anything is missing.  Also another big plus for Mike is that he often replies back to texts or answers his phone when I call; and when I do leave a voicemail I never get the auto reply stating his voicemail is full.  
I know I spent a lot of money on lots of different jobs and living in an old building there are plenty more to do, which I will be hiring Mike to complete.

"Celso and his crew did an excellent job with the painting and completing within the agreed upon time. The walls look beautiful and we are very happy that the eggshell finish is more durable and easier to keep clean than the flat paint we had previously.
The pricing was a little expensive, but the guys were able to also repair/patch many defects on the walls which was a huge advantage. In addition, they were good about keeping the work area clean.
The only downside was that at times it was very difficult to reach Celso on the phone and a few times I was waiting a long time for a call back. This was a little troubling during an active job. 
I would definitely recommend them to others, and am actually interested in having them look at our building's common areas to get an estimate for future work.

"This past winter, my vinyl pool wall started to cave in, due to rusting of the support structure. I placed calls to 17 different construction & pool repair companies, and Ranieri Construction were the ONLY ones that were willing to roll up their sleeves and take on the repair job (everyone else just seemed to want to sell me an entire new pool!). Louis and his family were amazing from start to finish. They are very skilled - from excavating the old deck, ratcheting back the pool walls, and pouring the new footings & deck, they clearly knew what they were doing, and the finished product is great. Louis was very attentive to detail. They spent time with me to explain the work that needed to be done, always stayed in touch with what was going on, were very careful to respect the property and always cleaned up. Even though it wasn't in our contract, Louis even offered to fill in gaps between my pool coping and deck all the way around the pool as a preventative measure so that I wouldn't have an issue with the other pool walls in the future. In short, I couldn't be more happy with Ranieri Construction - they are a great family business, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them for any new projects down the road."

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"
