"If you need a handyman, Carlos Painting and Handyman services are absolutely the way to go! From the first correspondence, Carlos was professional and prompt.  His work (and that of his very capable assistant Luis)  included the following:

*completely redoing a skylight in the kitchen (cleaning, scraping, priming, painting) It's absolutely beautiful and has changed the look and feel of our whole kitchen!

When he came he didn't ring the bell and say Hey I am here I am going up on the roof, he just straight away went up on the roof. Even when he finished the job he didn't come and tell me he was done. I really wanted some pictures to show the tiles he replaced. He came, that was last week, and did take the pictures and send them to me showing me the 8 new tiles and all the work that was done. The work was ok.  He did take some pictures, but not the ones I really wanted. I wanted the ones for the 8 new tiles for our record. After I called 2 or 3 times he did come and take the pictures. He should just tell when he left and when they came. When the manager came he did ring the bell and say hey I am going up to take the pictures. I am not sure if the price was right because we did not have time to shop around because we already had a leak. The job was good and everything was taken care of. The first guy told me he would be there around 8:30 and didn't come until 9:30 but when the manager came he was on time. He didn't properly read the address and ended up on my neighbors roof. I called and said where are you and he said I am already on your roof, so I went outside on and saw him on my neighbors roof. I had to call him and tell him he was on my neighbors roof. My neighbors teenage daughter was home and called her mom because she was scared and I had to call my neighbor and apologize and she said she was getting ready to call the cops so it is a good thing she didn't. Even if no one answers he should wait until someone comes out and says it is ok to go on the roof.
