"Called them as A/C was not working. They came out and refreshed freon. that was $215 fee. Our A/C was old and we were advised that it may or may not last. We decided to get a new A/C as ours was 20 years old. They advised me of the different models that they work with and gave me a written estimate and let me choose. One thing that was very impressive was that they were very punctual and gave us estimated time to have work completed.
