"Tim did a superb job of tearing out the old, putting in the new and repairing the active wet spots in the kitchen ceiling. I feel that his estimates were fair and reasonable and the craftsmanship was a world of difference from the previous subpar job I had done. He is very timely, works consistently and stays on schedule. I can't say enough how happy I am with his end result on this project! I'll be having him back to do another bathroom soon!"

"They did a fantastic job. They were conscious of the marble pieces didn't like as well and used those in less conspicuous places. We had a decorative herringbone accent that looks amazing. I couldn't be more pleased with the result! I would definitely recommend them and use the next time we need tiling."

"Overall it went very well. The hardest part was choosing the sink and faucets to go with the countertops. I did the tear out of the old laminate countertop and faucet and they did the rest. There were no unexpected surprises and no installation problems. Courtney was fabulous helping my wife and would email pictures of the granite to us at home so we could decide on color. She was very polite and friendly. Vince was very helpful on how to tear out the old countertop and had some very helpful suggestions for the kitchen to enhance the granite look.

"Kathy gave me advice on how to proceed which was what I was looking for. Our first conversation was on July 29th and the job was done on August 19. I was hoping to match my existing hardwood. However Kathy was upfront that this is very difficult to do as existing hard wood in my living/dining/kitchen is 15 years old and has aged. Kathy provided a sample that I agreed seemed to blend well. Now that the floors are installed, you can tell that it is different wood in the bedrooms, but I feel like Kathy was upfront about this. The floors in the bedroom are beautiful and the workmanship was excellent. I think once furniture is in and carpet are down the demarcation will be less noticeable."

"We had a really great experience with this contractor. We had linoleum floors that were beginning to look really bad and the floor magicians took a look at our floor and not only gave us an honest estimate, but told us what was the best option for our family. When the product we bought (which was different from the one he recommended) was proving difficult to install, Robert called the manufacturer and asked questions and made sure he installed it the right way so as not to void the warranty. He was gracious and took his time to do the job properly and perfectly. Robert and Joshua worked around our schedule to select a time for the project. I enjoyed having them in our house. They made the entire experience a really good one."

"Adrian was very professional and always went out of his way to ensure that we were happy with his team's work. Adrian was able to work with any features and materials we chose - bathroom vanities, faucets, tile, shower/tub fixtures, tubs, etc. - and went out of his way to pick up any large items or other materials we needed him to. Our month-long project involved demolition and remodeling of two bathrooms (from tile floors to re-tiled shower to new vanities and tubs to replaced baseboards to making a single sink into a double sink vanity), demolition and re-tiling of our laundry/entry area, and repainting of almost the entire interior of our new home, including ceilings. Whenever any issues or potential issues arose, Adrian contacted us immediately so he could review options with us and keep things moving along. On the flip side, throughout the project Adrian was happy to make other adjustments as we requested them, including moving electrical outlets and filing doors down to not scrape our floors. Adrian and his team were very polite, punctual, responsive, and stayed late or worked weekends when needed to make sure they stayed on track with our project timeline. We are happy with the end result of Adrian's work and the value we received, and would recommend Adrian to friends.
Update:
We have now lived in our house with these updates for 3 months, and while I would absolutely recommend Adrian/CTS for their painting services, we have uncovered a few minor annoyances that have left us not 100% happy with the quality of their tiling and plumbing work. Small spaces and holes in shower grout, exposed grout /tile spacers, spots on sealed floor tile, and cracking floor grout due to tiling being placed on wood boards (which expand). No deal breakers, but items we wish had been tended to or thought about in advance a bit more carefully and which may require more frequent maintenance or sooner repairs on our part."
