When I first spoke with Mike by phone I felt that he was super up front and honest with me about everything, including price. It was nice that I could call or text. I had multiple refrigerated pieces of equipment that needed to be looked at. After first contact he came the following day right on time at 9am as agreed. He had no issues with the different problems on the units and worked fast. He was able to fix all the issues I had. He also tested a few units to make sure they were getting cold just being nice. "Luis is the man !! I opted for an urgent repair for the next 24-48hours at 9:45pm. I received a call from him 15 minutes later ready ready to come over and address the situation. I asked him if he could meet me the after work the next day between 1-3PM. He said I’ll be there. After speaking with him for a few minutes I can tell he was highly experienced and confident. I had a price the following morning and the work done that same day, i.e. within 36 hours of my initial contact the job was completed.
