"beautiful job well built stairs this was second set of stairs first was built by lp stairs about 10 years ago and the whole side of the stairs split so they became dangerous and they refused to stand by their work. They also built them so you had to duck or hit your head at the bottom. These new stairs by step by step are solid look beautiful and I have plenty of head room. I would definitely recommend."

"I closed on a house that had wall-to-wall carpet in most of the rooms a week before going on vacation. I contacted Five Star and Ricardo responded right away, we scheduled for him to come see the job that needed to be done (he was very punctual), and did the work while I was away and the house was still empty. I had 2 other estimates and his price was the most reasonable. Since the house was empty and some of the work had to be done at night there were some minor issues such as a few staples (literally about 5) that were not fully removed and a spot that was missed due to lack of adequate lighting. Ricardo showed up to take care of those issues himself. Ricardo was alway courteous and professional."
