He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. Received a text with the appointment confirmation and picture of the technician. Jeremiah (the technician) was on time (actually called to see if he could arrive early) and was extremely knowledgeable about all forms of repair.
