"Great service. Eddie Cox come out on a Monday and told me what the worker would do. The worker came out on Wednesday on time both days and did and amazing job. The worker clean up all concrete you would never know they were there.I live in LaPlata had to get permission to widen the end of my driveway. You would never know that that they touch my driveway it look beautiful. I call several concrete companies in Charles county and these company were rude and took week to call me back. One companies I call still waiting for a call back. But thank to 7th State Builders, LLC I got the job done and excellent job. Due to a stroke I had the driveway widen to give me more freedom. "The owner, Rich came and did the initial estimate. He is easy to talk to and very personable. The crew arrived early on the scheduled day and got to work immediately. They were very polite and did an immaculate and thorough job. They hauled off all the brush, and left my yard looking beautiful. My husband and I are seriously thrilled with job they did. "Mr. Ireland showed up on time to get the information for his estimate. He was very professional and we discussed several options. I received the estimate in a timely manner. While making my decision, Mr. Ireland answered many phone calls and emails regarding the proposed work and provided me with a reference so I could see his work first hand. The landscapers showed up timely and worked all day on my yard. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the area when finished. Mr. Ireland stopped by to check on the progress."

He brought in and laid the fill, seeded grass, and evened out a hump in our yard from poorly set backfill from a sewer line replacement we had completed last year. He also adjusted the height of the sewer cleanouts. He did an excellent job, and was both prompt and communicative. Would definitely work with him again."
