"Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. He did an excellent job and took his time. Mr. Rema also went to the local hardware store twice to pick up the material that was needed. The only reason I didn't give him an A was because he quoted me a price at the beginning and then went done on the price and then tried to go back up to the original quoted price. After talking with him he decided to keep the price at the lower amount that he quoted."

Apparently they did not properly install it and it cause a slow leak. What impressed me is that Cipriano could have really charged a lot and over sold what needed to be done but they did not. "I have had Ehrhardt plumbing for numerous plumbing jobs. The Roman Tub Faucet installation was probably the least successful job but still OK. The tech left and the faucet was on a constant drip/flow. I had to call and have the tech return. He said he needed a replacement part. Since the faucet was one I had ordered online -and from company Ehrhardt does not deal with, I needed to find it. I eventually did. The drip fortunately stopped. I still wanted someone to come and recheck it -- didn't seem to work that great. I was told I would have to pay for the recheck. I was disappointed considering I have been a good loyal customer. I opted not to have him come. Previously they have replaced two hot water heaters. I would still call them because for the most part the service has been satisfactory."
