"The company contacted me within minutes of posting the project and scheduled a service call within 2 hours. The technicians determined the problem was in the door sensors and replaced them within an hour. The whole project was done on the same day. Excellent!"

"I called and was scheduled an appointment within 2 days; great! My technician Cameron was absolutely OUTSTANDING! He quoted me prior to any work, explained in detailed the issue, provided a walkthrough of what he would do to remedy the problem and then fixed it.... that day. This included the replacement of a 10-12 foot bar I assumed would require me to make another appointment for him to replace. No, he came prepared with all tools and parts needed to complete the job without a repeat visit! Job WELL DONE A++! I felt secure leaving him unattended in the garage to finish the work and when I walked into the garage I always found him working, not on his phone like other repairmen I have had. Cameron was professional and courteous. He was not annoyed that I asked questions and even made suggestions about future repairs that I could make to avoid costly ones later down the road, like preventative maintenance. I have no idea if this is company training or just a good technician. Judging by the rating other customers have given though I can safely assume this is mostly good hiring techniques and training in combination with a great tech. My only regret is I did not call them sooner and that they do not build storage sheds. I will be recommending this company, specifically Cameron, to anyone needing garage door installation or repairs. I hope they let me know if they build storage sheds in the future and other honey-do stuff I was tasked with by the wife"

"Brett Whitfield was the technician that came out to replace the torsion springs for our garage door. He was very friendly and professional. He replaced the springs in no time and even straightened out the straight bar that connects to the slider for the opener. He lubed up the hinges and rollers for the door. He noticed and mentioned that the bearings for the rollers were pretty much shot; been on since install, over 10 years. I asked if he had any new rollers, he said no but could call office and see if they can get me back on schedule to replace them. Was able to get on schedule for the next day! Would definitely recommend and call Dually Doors again"

"Mr. Doberman did an excellent job. Included me in all the decisions. I was told information I did not know. No pressure. Very happy with the service. I could have gone for a cheaper price but went with Doberman. As for the wait for the door and spring, there was a minimum requirement, and I was told a better source to get them from, and I am going to be happy in the long run that they will not break so often. Gave me the information I needed to make my decision. The door is heavy, and they went with bigger and did an excellent job and in a timely manner. Did what he said he was going to do. I did also have a temporary fix till the job was done. Five-star rating all the way!"

"Just a short note of thanks. As promised, John diagnosed the issue with our garage door and recommended the fix. Amazing result in ease of function and associated noise reduction. It is refreshing not to be pushed to by product or service that you really don't require, We will use you guys for all our garage door needs and recommend to others. John is a real pro...on-time, courteous, with the knowledge and skill to back it up. Thanks!!!! Brian"

"Called the day before and operator was very professional and said repair person would be out in the morning at about 8am next day. Tech was there on time and assessed job and went to work. I decided to have both springs replaced while it was being repaired. Tech did a great job and was very professional and had the job finished in about 45 minutes."
