As a renter, not only did my service professional consult with my landlord- he also consulted with me. "I am very satisfied with the piping work that was done. That was the work they were contracted to do. The installation seems very professional and they did it faster than I had expected, and at a lower cost than quoted. While they did inform me that they had removed some clog material from the old pipe, it was within 1 week following the job that my bathtub drain was completely stopped up. I hired Roto Rooter to clear the drain and they said that I should have had a clean-out line put in while the new piping was being installed. American Tech did not inform me of that so I took one star off for that omission."
