"We hired DDK Construction to build a 16ft x 32ft second-floor deck for our home, and we're very pleased with the results. One of the standout aspects of working with DDK was their handling of the permitting and paperwork with the city, which made the process much smoother for us. The deck itself is solid and well-built. We especially appreciated their straightforward approach to costs—we paid them for labor only, and we purchased the materials ourselves based on their recommendations. This transparent method meant no markup on materials, and we had the freedom to choose exactly what we wanted. While the project took longer than initially expected due to some delays with the city of Asheville and DDK Construction's other commitments, we were kept informed throughout. The quality of the work was worth the wait. A special mention to Gerry, who provided some excellent suggestions that enhanced both the beauty and functionality of our deck. His insights were invaluable, and we're very happy with how everything turned out. Overall, we highly recommend DDK Construction for their professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and honesty in pricing. We extremely satisfied with our new deck."

"We had a large project 2 new decks front and back, extension of house off garage for work g space, additional sky deck, Fencing all around property etc etc. split AC install / new electrical wiring and outlets the list is endless. I have worked with many contractors in the past, being a veteran and having worked as a home builder I couldn’t have asked for a better group of experienced professionals not to mention attention to detail. Extremely polite and very knowledgeable, always able to reach out and discuss any additions or changes with absolute ease. Trust me when I say, if you want it done right and you want total attention, transparency and skilled workers this is the team you want. Actually missed having them around after they were finished haha. It’s very rare to find a contractor that understands a customers needs and understands efficiency. KAM home solutions outstanding Thanks again guys."

"CTE did great work for us the deck is a work of art 1000+ Sq feet. I use the new sun room as my office, beautiful. We will hire CTE for any work."

"Brent of K&B Property Maintenance was very professional. He didn't complain or charge me extra because he had to drive a bit to get to my home. He quickly provided an estimate, answered all my questions, altered the job per my request without attitude, and promptly had his team at my house at the agreed start date and time. He arrived with his team, they expertly completed the remodeling while respecting me and my home. Brent's team worked together like a well-oiled machine. They politely answered my questions as they worked and did not mind me watching them. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. I will definitely hire them again. They are a great group of very professional and skilled men."

"Highly recommend David and his team! He helped remove our screened in porch and restored the home to its original condition including the fascia, siding, roof, gutter, cement work, and electrical seamlessly. His team works very efficiently and it's very apparent that he prides himself on delivering high value professional quality services. Wouldn't hesitate to rehire in the future."

"Very friendly and professional. I ended up not building a deck but at no fault to Mr. Hammond. Would recommend and consider for other projects."

"I hired Dylan to build a brand new bathroom from scratch in my warehouse in South Florida. He also installed an ADA water fountain, a commercial sink and a commercial water heater at the same location. Fair pricing and efficient work. Would recommend."

"I was so fortunate to have found Michael Lyda! He responded and completed my LVP flooring installation within 5 days of our initial contact. He always responded immediately to my texts or calls and his work was excellent, fast, tidy and reasonably priced. I will not hesitate to hire Lyda for future projects. Michael, with co worker Scott are friendly, reliable AND professional."

"B&A is maintaining a lot for me which is a couple hours drive from where I live. They are shockingly professional for any company, let alone a lawn care company. I get timely texts with pictures of work done, easy payment via Zelle, easy switching from mowing to leaf clear with a month or so of quiet when neither is needed. They go above and beyond by describing the condition of my lot on each visit. As a computing professional, I have very high expectations on the quality of communication with my vendors, and this company knocks it out of the park."

"Keith and his hard working crew did an excellent job replacing our deck and adding a ramp. The finished project is beautiful. The job was done on the schedule promised. I would have his crew here again for any up coming work needed and would recommend Keith and his crew to any who need work done."
