"Great experience with Donovan ONeil. Texted him late Sunday afternoon, got immediate response and by the next day afternoon I am back in business Donovan repaired both my washer and dryer for very reasonable price. He did the work quickly and I could not be happier. My neighbors also had him do some work on their washer/dryer a few months ago and raved about Donovan. Highly recommend!"

"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

"Jordan did an efficient service on my clothes dryer. I had received washer service previously and kept Mr. Appliance info in my Google reviews and contacts. I requested Jirdan again because of his professional service before. I am so glad I saved this reference number. It is hard to fund good technicians. I am very pleased with his service!"

"Roosevelt was very professional. Very knowledgeable and had no problem answering in detail whatever questions that I may have had. My dryer is heating up as hot as new. I do look forward to reaching out to him again. He is a man of skill in many areasof service. Much appreciated. Thank you."

"We just bought our new Speed Queen Washer & Dryer from Millman's Appliances in Lewes, DE. Millman's was great to deal with; we went in on the Saturday before Christmas and they got it ordered lickity split! We got it delivered today and the delivery guys, BJ & Easy were just fabulous. They removed our old appliances and set up the new ones. They were professional, polite and cleaned up when they were done. I will definitely use them again when we update our kitchen as they have a wonderful selection of high end appliances. I was like a kid in a candy store."

"Matt was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine and repaired it quickly. We will be calling him again."

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"The nicest & politest technician I have ever hired. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Educated the customer of what he was doing and his findings and guided us through an informed discussion on proceeding with the repair or to replace the appliance"

"Technician realized that our refrigerator was beyond repair and recommended a replacement. He made a great try, however, too many things and the age of the appliance were the determining factors"
