"Talked to a lot of companies. Mike was about as dte & real as you get. Immediately got good vibes. He sent his 2 son's out to check out my AC unit outside. I'd gotten varying opinions & estimates. Tbh, I became weary, but I figured Mike wasn't feeding me anything but what was real. His boys showed on time, extremely polite, well mannered, knowledgeable & professional. They went right to work. Found the problem without trying to sell me a bunch of extra stuff or pad the price for something it didn't need. Without hesitation, I said do it! I have to admit for 2 very young guys, they knew what they were doing. When they were done fixing my system was cranking it out & putting like a kitten. I was afraid out what my bill would be. Couldn't believe how fair & reasonable it was. No extra fees, taxes, add ons etc...EXTREMELY IMPRESSED...I definitely found a HVAC + Co on the Eastern Shore I trust and highly recommend them. "They called to set up appt. and were very courteous and professional. The day of the service call they emailed and phone to see if we could do it earlier (as we were worried) and they met us to do the inspection. They were thorough and they determined it was not a sewer issue. The service call (reasonable priced) was well worth our peace of mind. They did NOT try to sell us extra services or inspections we didn't need. We'd call them again with an issue in a heartbeat. Highly recommended from a customer service perspective."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"After leaving a message on Angie's List on Saturday, Jim Stephens responded within an hour or so. After exchanging information, he volunteered to make a service call the next day Sunday. Because of my 5-day work week, this was a big relief. On Sunday, he called, as agreed, and asked if he could be at my house in a few minutes. As agreed, he arrived promptly. He diagnosed the problems and, at my request, provided details for solution fix. He had the part in his van and explained how the fix would be done and how it would work. He answered questions and explained clearly and thoroughly. Before beginning the work, he gave me an estimate, which I agreed to. After the work, his stated charge was no more than what his estimate had been. In addition to providing a high-quality solution, he provided, at my request, education about a related issue - the exterior drain for the sump pump. He thoroughly explained how the exterior drain could be extended away from the house to mitigate the fact that the water flow was eroding the soil near the foundation. When Jim left, I was a completely happy customer. I knew that 1) it was not necessary to replace the sump pump and 2) I had the knowledge, going forward, to know how to routinely check and maintain the sump pump functionality. Without hesitation, I can honestly say I will be calling JM Stephens for all my plumbing issues in the future."

It was low on Freon.  He had all the equipment (and supplies) necessary to fix the trouble and even offered up advice on what to do with an older unit.  Plus added a sealant to help with any micro leaks we may have had.
