"Before choosing window king we had several companies come to our home. Pella, power and another smaller company. Then we had Sam from window king come by. Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was patient with answering questions. We were impressed by the fact that he never pressured us to make a commitment. Afterwards I read many reviews and even looked up the okna company but we still weren't sold.. So I spoke with Sam again and he offered a better deal on the windows so we moved forward... Lisa called me to make arrangements.. when the mechanic came to take the measurements I was out and my daughter didnt give the proper instructions so they were wrong.. Again i spoke with Lisa and she had him come by and remeasure I was extremely grateful. After a couple of weeks I was wondering about the windows so I called and to my surprise Sam whom I was so impressed with was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me.. I was so angry I wanted to cancel my order but Lisa spoke with me and was very apologetic. The next day Nick (the owner) called he was apologetic as well. He expressed how important customers are to him snd did everything in his power to correct the situation. During the next couple of days I got several calls from Lisa letting me know when the windows would come and who would install them. The day of install Rafeal, Anthony, and Shorty as they called him came on time, and ready to work. They did an awesome job Anthony worked especially hard.. The windows look amazing... They worked straight through and man it was hot that day.. they also cleaned up after themselves. Honestly had it not been for Lisa I would have gone elsewhere. She saved the day or sale.. Her customer service is amazing and to me seemed genuine.. I also wanted to mention that Nick came over while the windows were being installed and spoke with me again. If your looking fo windows that look great, and are installed professionally and efficient this is the place to go.. Just avoid Sam.. LISA, NICK, AND THE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE ME HAPPY. "I had my windows installed this summer (2017). At first, I was not so aware of the difference. But with all the rain and the colder weather, there is a definite difference The noise factor is WAAAY down. I am on a leveling plan with my electric but looking at the "monthly bill" it has made a difference! I highly recommend this company. 5 stars!!!"

"Ron, the company president, came out to give me an estimate. He was very upfront and thorough, and I felt comfortable with what he told me. He seemed a little taken aback when I asked for a written contract, but wrote one up on the spot anyway. They called to follow up a week later, and I placed my order, along with the required $500 deposit. On installation day, the installers showed up on time. However, they didn't seem to speak much English, and I had to inform them they were looking at the wrong windows. With that cleared up, they set to work - without much of a break - for about 6 hours, installing the new glass blocks. I was impressed by their work ethic, but when they had questions the language barrier seemed pretty steep. The previous owner had run some wires through the old window sills, wires we had since disconnected. The installers, unfortunately, didn't ask before running them through the mortar. I noticed before the mortar dried, and was able to take the wires out and re-pack the mortar. Overall, they did a nice job, and the windows seem very securely installed."

"After reading great reviews about Paul and AGM as well as the OKNA windows, I decided to give Paul a call. We needed all 25 vinyl double hung windows replaced and our patio sliding door replaced as well. I contacted Paul and he responded right away and set up a time to meet with me. He showed up, showed me the window sample (OKNA 600), explained the process and gave me a quote that Sunday (we met on a Friday). We already had vinyl windows that were "builders grade" and were already failing at less than 10 years, so I was a bit skeptical about doing vinyl again. I considered Renewal by Andersen, but the price was outrageous and the pressure you receive by the salesperson is absurd. They want you to sing up for a $40k job after having 10 minutes to think it over..no thanks. I did a ton of research on not only OKNA, but so many different window manufacturers. I looked at wood w/ vinyl clad, composites, fiberglass, other vinyls. Spent a solid couple of weeks scouring the internet and looking at info. Every time, the OKNA product seemed to stand out far and above any others. Once we signed the contract,it all went great. Paul and his installer came by to make sure they had precise measurements and agreed on the install method. They told me exactly what to expect from the finished product and they were certainly accurate once completed. From signing to window install was roughly 3 weeks, which is what Paul told me to expect. Paul was great about communicating via email or text if I ever had a question. The install took a full 2 days. They guys did a great job. Everything was very neat. While it was the 3rd week of Feb, we got lucky w/ temps in the high 60s, which made it tolerable b/c all of the windows on first floor were basically removed at the same time. If it were really cold out, that would have been uncomfortable, though I suspect they would have done it a bit differently to compensate. We are so happy w/ the windows and the sliding patio door. Such a big difference. No more drafty feeling by the windows. No more ice cold floor from the cold air "falling" down as it entered the terrible old windows. Also, it is noticeably quieter as behind our house is a somewhat busy road at times. Also, the operation of the windows is so smooth. My only regret is that we did not do this years ago;) I would highly, highly recommend Paul and AGM windows if you need some or all of your windows and/or doors replaced. You will not be disappointed."
