"Old R-22 unit not worth charging. Arranged for new system to be installed. I know others that have used Artic Air and have been very happy with their service. We were very pleased with Kyle the service tech who checked our unit and Jessica the sales coordinator who set up our sales appointment. Paid for service call which will be deducted from cost estimate for new system."

"The line was in the rafters of a high ceiling of the cellar. It led to an outside gas line (for a gas grill hookup) that was capped off at the house. I wanted to replace the valve rather than cap it off. This was a two man job of a plumber, Rob and his assistant. Rob had to get into the window well and work above his head in a very cramped space. This was complicated by having a large porcelain washtub directly under neath it, blocking access. Rob was extremely careful when climbing to get to the valve. They put down a plastic sheet to protect my washer and the sink, and used their ladder to get over to the wall and window well. Rob cut out the valve and put in a new one that is easy to open and close. He had his assistant check the position of the outside outlet as he worked until he adjusted it so the outside outlet was not turned askew. Btw It was raining and his assistant noticed mud on his boots, and asked for a paper towel when we got in the house...he used it to wipe up his footprints from the mud from his shoes as he walked... Rob checked for leaks and found none. They took any of the debris with them, and left everywhere they were spotless. Also, their last job was running longer than anticipated, and they called to let me know even though at least 30 minutes before. It was only about 15 minutes. Well mannered and professional...Could not have been better!

"I had Indoor Air install a central AC unit and furnace at our rental property and a central AC unit at our residence in early 2016. First, I'm a bit obsessive about research and price quotes and spent many hours sitting with salespeople and getting quotes from seven different local providers: two small-scale, two mid-size and three large companies. The closest local competitor by staffing seemed to be Princeton Air. Indoor Air had such positive reviews on Angie's List, Yelp and Google that I asked Dennis how he was gaming the system, and he claimed that they had no dedicated staff for optimizing online reviews. The salesman for Princeton Air, by contrast, told me they hired someone in 2015 to manage their online presence, after I asked him why their negative reviews seemed to end about six months earlier, with significant negative reviews before. Indoor Air beat Princeton Air's prices by a surprisingly large margin, and five other vendors' pricing by a lesser but still significant amount, right off the bat, and after some back and forth negotiating (I'm very aggressive on price.), he came within 5% of the lowest bid, which was an individual installer with no support staff. I've been surprised by the following: 1) The women who answer the phone always remember who I am and are genuinely friendly and helpful. 2) The service people came out within two hours after I accidentally put a box on a pipe in the attic that drains the water from the AC unit, such that water started dripping through the ceiling. I was mad as **** at them and quite obnoxious, thinking this was their installation fault; they remained patient and professional; and after the tech guy showed me the box on the pipe, he very patiently explained how he'd remedy things at no charge, even as the steam continued to rise from my ears as I argued with him, and then he took care of it immediately, which made me a bit sheepish. 3) Yesterday, a tech came out to my house to look at a problem with a hot water heater that they didn't even install, fixed the problem and didn't charge me for it. (He had been out earlier for annual maintenance of the AC unit and was still in the area.) I tend to be skeptical about tradespeople until proven wrong, but Indoor Air consistently makes me trust their judgement, pricing and professionalism. They've done a couple of other little things for me like replace a thermostat, which required significant rewiring, and their pricing and professionalism in going the second mile without additional charges has been very impressive."

"I would give this company 10 stars if I could. Not only is Nathan honest and fair, he does amazing work. This company always shows up promptly and resolves any issue I ever had with my a.c. or heating unit, even in an emergency at such affordable prices. I am in business my self and know a lot of heating and a.c. people but, no one has ever given me personally and my business such professional and affordable work as this amazing company. Give them a try, I know you will be as satisfied as our family and our friends are."

"I reached out to Select Electrical Services in 20th September asking if I could have my electrical outlet replaced. The previous owner had installed it improperly. Jen, their scheduler, responded right away and asked some clarifying questions. From there, we were able to get the appointment set up. Every message I received from Jen was timely, clear, and very friendly. My appointment was today (25th September). The electrician, called me in the morning to let me know that his previous appointment had ended ahead of schedule and asked if he could come by early. That worked out well for me. He was efficient, friendly, and now my receptacle looks great and is up to code! I'm very grateful for the great service I received from both Jen and the electrician. Thanks so much!"
