"It was not an emergency replacement, and so I was fine with schedulng an appointment within 3 days of my call for service.  They confirmed the price of the replacement would be as indicated on their website.  The price was the best I had found after checking numerous websites and calling several other companies (about $300 less than the PSE&G quote).  The installers were from Riteway Plumbing & Electrical Contracting. They arrived an hour after the scheduled time.  This did not overly inconvenience me since I had planned to be home that afternoon.  They removed the old water heater, carried it out, and installed the new model.  They were friendly, efficient and professional.  I would use this company again.
