"After years of working with various contractors on major home improvements, we finally found our dream team with Duane Mainardi Builders! From the moment we reached out, Duane and his crew impressed us with their honesty and clear communication. Duane was always available throughout the project, and Keith, the site foreman, was simply incredible. He was onsite every step of the way and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. When we asked for changes after work had started, they welcomed every request with a genuine commitment to getting it just right. The siding crew was professional, skilled, and worked tirelessly. What we anticipated to be a four day job was impressively completed in just two and a half days. The final result? Gorgeous vinyl siding that has completely transformed our home?s look. We wholeheartedly recommend Duane Mainardi Builders if you want high quality siding done right by a team that truly stands behind their work. Michael and Vicki Sneed"

"Work was done quickly and efficiently. Quality of the effort and the windows was very good (they were not premium windows) and looked and functioned as well as any window I've used. The install quality was very good and I being somewhat picky, was very surprised and satisfied with the work. After work was done and inspection, there was no need for a call back. All good, and would hire again."

"Goias Home Improvements (GHI) was recommended to us by the person from which we bought our condo. The condo needed complete gutting, as very little was done to it over time. Gil Goias of GHI literally held my hand throughout the whole process - he clearly outlined what work would be (and wouldn't be) done. He recommended where to get flooring from (MSI, Edison NJ), lighting and plumbing fixtures (Ferguson,Middletown NJ). His recommendations were always right on the money. Every week I'd get status updates on progress, which sometimes included videos. Since it was a total remodel, I was told up front to expect the unexpected, which did occur, and the change orders were clearly explained and would not start until I approved them. Gil is an excellent project manager who minimized surprises. His team of miracle workers transformed the place - there isn't anything they can't do. Their work is absolutely superb. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!"

"This is the second time using Ck Construction. Chris and His team were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Chris communicated clearly and often. The work was performed in logical sequence and always on time. Aside from a few issues along the way we are highly pleased with CK Construction. We trust Chris and always feel He had our best interests in mind. Worth every penny."

"Poor installation quality, lack of follow up for warranty coverage. They sub out to local contracts with apparently no quality controls. Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. I had 2 other roofers out since to look at the problem and both said the flashing was installed improperly and they have to pull off boards etc and this will co"

"Horrible fake rip off siding job. Stateside Danny, Tom , George and Kendall totally scammed us. Within 4 years of job completion the siding has come off of the house completely in multiple places. We had constant problems during the job, they caused water damage to our home in a bedroom and our garage when they 'forgot' to seal the siding and roof capping. They charged us for new insulation and new vapor wrap and when the siding came off of the house due to a 10 minute wind storm we realized they never replaced any of the old insulation or vapor wrap. They came back to fix issues at least 13 times after the job was completed and then blamed us, the homeowners. I expected professionals who could evaluate what was needed to complete the job properly. I am not a siding expert, I shouldn't have to tell the 'professional' what needs to be done. Much of the siding was held on with only caulk and not nailed into place properly. In many places the nails they used were too short to reach anything stable. We now need to have the WHOLE HOUSE SIDING DONE OVER. We sued them in small claims court in Philadelphia and won, and they are refusing to pay. They are liars and thieves. I see that some of the good reviews on here were written by their friends or employees. What scum. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY COMPLETELY RIPPED US OFF!!!"

FAQs for new windows service projects in Millville, NJ

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
