"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

They installed a new water heater, added a humidifier, disconnected and reconnected my air conditioners during a patio installation, put in new smart thermostats and various plumbing jobs. They have always been upfront and honest about what I should and shouldn’t do and given me multiple options. When is used to get multiple estimates, they were typically the lowest, I now don’t even get other estimates. They have always arrived on time, sometimes early squeezing me in during a lunch or between customers. They are courteous and during the pandemic have taken all safety precautions. And lastly came late in an evening to help with an emergency and did what was necessary to get me through the night and came back the next day to finish.
