I gave a lower score for punctuality because the scheduler gave me a 9-1 window and the service provider had it on his schedule for 1045-245, so I effectively waited from 9-3. However, he was very efficient and professional and he even looked at my recliner that my daughter and I were trying to fix while he was there. I would recommend him without reserve if I could find out if the valve replacements were priced well."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

When is used to get multiple estimates, they were typically the lowest, I now don’t even get other estimates. They have always arrived on time, sometimes early squeezing me in during a lunch or between customers. They are courteous and during the pandemic have taken all safety precautions. And lastly came late in an evening to help with an emergency and did what was necessary to get me through the night and came back the next day to finish. They are the first call I would make if I needed anything and would be lost if they were unavailable. I highly recommend!"
