Hi, I’m Xavier and I have been working in home improvement and repairs for 20+ years. I have experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, & handyman task. I love sharing my skills & ideas when needed. I love the reactions of happy clients.

"The proprietor said he could not do the water heater flush because my water heater has a plastic valve. He installed the garbage disposal and faucet in the kitchen. During the installation, he said I needed to have two valves replaced at $100 each. This is the part where I am unsure if the price was a bit steep since I haven't had much plumbing work done. The proprietor did give me a reduced rate for the faucet install. I gave a lower score for punctuality because the scheduler gave me a 9-1 window and the service provider had it on his schedule for 1045-245, so I effectively waited from 9-3. However, he was very efficient and professional and he even looked at my recliner that my daughter and I were trying to fix while he was there. I would recommend him without reserve if I could find out if the valve replacements were priced well."

"The owner Bill came out to assess the remediation required after a sewer pipe leak in our basement. He explained what needed to be done and was honest about the fact that a homeowner DIY remediation was within the EPA guidelines for the amount of damage that needed to be fixed. He provided recommendations and didn't charge me a penny. We referred him to some neighbors who also happened to have water damage at the same time, they hired the company and seem satisfied with the result. In the meantime, Bill even came over to help assess my progress on the DIY and provided additional advice while he was working with the neighbors. I'd definitely hire this company if I had another similar situation requiring more in-depth remediation."

"This guy is at the top of his game! Very professional and reliable. He did a great job! I would hire him to do any job! He is just that good!"

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"A few winters ago my family and I were out in vacation and got a call from our local fire department informing us our house burnt to the ground the night before and that they were investigating what the cause of the fire was. A week after we got home they called us back telling us the dryer vents were blocked and had caught fire in the middle of the night. My wife's brother told us about his high school buddy having an hvac company that does great and honest work so my wife decided to give them a call and get an estimate. From the first call for an estimage to the actual day he came back to clean the vents everything was great. He was very professional and on time which is very important to someone in my line of work as well as gave us a great price. I will definitely be using them again for any hvac concerns I have! Thanks again drymount air. We appreciate your hardworking and dedication"

"Price seemed very reasonable. The work was not straight forward as the part walls weren't straight, the interior walls damaged, and the floors loose. Matt and his crew did a great job working around / with these issues. I couldn't be happier withe results.

"The quality of the painting was very good.  There was some very small platter on the hardwood floors, but it cleaned easily.  The ceilings look fantastic and given that they are as high as 22 feet, that is no simple feat.  Also, the painting of the high wall required the painters to remove a 12?x9? Persian rug and reinstalled it on the wall approximately 20 feet high!
The painters were always on time and very courteous and did a nice job of cleaning up before leaving each day.
We only had one issue that occurred, which was a contemporary glass desk was damaged by the painting team while they attempted to move it.  What occurred was that two Lucite clips that hold the glass panels together snapped during the move.  Mr. Pozo was promptly notified by his team when it occurred.  Because the replacement clips were difficult obtain, I did take Mr. Pozo some time to locate identical replacements.  He was successful in doing so and the glass desk has returned to its original state.
