"Florida has many rules and regulations, maybe they are working towards becoming the southern CA. , where everyone is running away from⠦⠦ So, because of these rules, requirements, it is more difficult to get things done. That is why I rated the value vs. cost less than 5 stars. It is not the contractors fault, but, it has raised the cost of pretty basic services, Iâ m not blaming the contractors for charging $2000 for a basic water heater/ install! The work was done as scheduled and all is good on their part."

"They did a great job specifying the correct plumbing required for a natural gas supply for a pool heater and generator. They helped me navigate the wilds of permitting with Santa Rosa Counting and Gulf Breeze City. They were also able to pivot and help with some extra work required with the gas line and able to repair the outside water spigots."
