Plus, we received a personal phone call on the scheduled day with an estimated time of arrival for the technicians which is pretty darn accurate considering the heavy local traffic congestion this summer."

"They didn't seem interested in repairing my furnace. All they wanted to do was sell me a new furnace. The demeanor of the technician, Nicholas, changed to argumentative and belligerent when I said I was not buying a new furnace. When I tried to complain to the manager, he became argumentative as well. He did return the diagnostic fee after I told him I was getting a 2nd opinion."
