He completed the job, including draining the old tank, installing a new shutoff valve and new water lines. He lit the heater and checked to be sure the system started with no leaks. He came on a Saturday, with no extra charge. Excellent job!"

"I was contacted almost immediately after requesting help with fixing a leaky bathroom sink faucet. They come by the next day and provided multiple quotes; the faucet itself was too old and corroded to fix, so it needed replacement. They offered to replace the sink too, which to be honest it needed replacing, it was pretty rusted and being the same one installed when the house was built in 1989. We decided to replace the entire fixture and Jake was able to get it done that same day. Very polite and professional, and he offered to replace our busted toilet seat in the same bathroom for free as well (I had not mentioned it prior to him arriving at the house, so wasn't expecting any work elsewhere in the bathroom to be done). Definitely will consider contacting them again for future plumbing issues :)"

"There was minor scheduling mishap where the scheduler put the wrong date on their calendar, but when I called to ask where the plumber was, they immediately worked to get a plumber to my house within 20 minutes. Ammon arrived and was very friendly and competent. I pointed him to the area where I had seen water and he jumped in to locate the source. After a bit of inspection he identified a leaky valve on my sink. He extended the copper water pipes and replaced the leaky valve after explaining to both my wife and I what the issue was and what he was doing. After he resolved the problem, he gave us his direct number and told us to call him if we saw any more water. After a competitor had been out twice to try and repair the issue, it was refreshing to see Ammon so invested in finding and fixing my issue as well as making sure I was happy with his work. I would definitely hire Drain Pro again and I would certainly request Ammon."

The previous owners of the house installed the old water heater poorly. These guys not only replaced the water heater, but fixed all the piping and attachments as well. "Carlos from Harts came out to do an estimate on a bath remodel. Set a new tub, faucet, shower head and supply lines. Also, replace an outdoor faucet. However he took the time to go though the entire home's plumbing system! Including the crawl space. Pointed out condition issues, possible issues that may come up later. I have a much better understanding of the home's plumbing system!! He answered questions and was professional, excellent experience!!"

"The two men who came to our home took off their shoes when they entered. Very polite & professional. Gave an guestament after looking at our problem of our faucet that had been leaking in the master bedroom. A valve behind the shower needed to be replaced so they got right on it. Our slide bar part was broken they had a new one and replaced it. We paid only for the part. Great job Looks very nice. They cleaned up after them self. Went thru showing it was working No leaks. They were unable to fix two on the spot (due to faulty fixtures) but fixed one for a very reasonable price. The other price quoted to install a new sink faucet was high, so not sure what we're going to do with that. But I would definitely call them to come out again for anything else."
